For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, parents, and families through the joys and challenges of growing up. My work is grounded in the belief that strong relationships and a deep sense of safety are the foundation for healthy development and meaningful change. I’ve worked in schools, medical settings, private practice, community organizations, and family homes, giving me a compassionate understanding of the real-life challenges families face. Early in my career, owning and operating a preschool sparked my passion for early childhood development and the importance of secure attachment.
I hold degrees in Psychology and Family Studies, along with a Master of Education in Psychological Studies in Education from the University of Alberta, and have completed specialized training with the Neufeld Institute, DIR® Floortime, Creative Arts Therapy, and Synergetic Play Therapy
At the heart of my work is helping parents feel more confident and connected, supporting children’s emotional and developmental needs, and creating a warm, safe, and personal space where families feel truly supported
